Tuesday July 22nd

Come get messy with our one and only Camille as she hosts the Ultimate Louisiana Crab Boil. You will feel like you're at a Staub Family Reunion as you get down on all the Louisiana seafood party staples. While enjoying your bounty of hors d'oeuvres Camille will lead a lesson on all things Blue Crab. You will learn anatomy, cracking, picking and ways to use the sweet sweet meat. Once "class" is over (i.e. CRABS ARE READY!) it's an All You Can Eat crab picking party.  The best part is, you don't have to clean up when you're done!

Dinner includes an array of seafood apps, AYCE crab boil and dessert. Drinks are available for purchase at the dinner.

Join Chef Anh for an exciting dinner full of classic Vietnamese drinking food featuring lots of fun Gulf seafood. The menu will feature dishes like grilled squid jerky, crabby glass noodles & stir fried calamari to name a few (but there's so much more!)  Anh was born and raised in New Orleans where food and cooking is a way of life especially as the daughter of Vietnamese immigrants. Her mother, Tam Thi Tran, would make dinner for our family from scratch every night with ingredients she grew in our backyard. The vivid memories of her food and cooking continuously inspires each dish she creates. 

Dinner includes a hearty four course meal. Drinks are available for purchase at the dinner.

Chef Amarys Koenig Herndon, semi-finalist for James Beard Best Chef: South, is a culinary trailblazer who has been redefining “New New Orleans” cuisine as the Chef/Co-owner of Palm&Pine. 

Originally from Houston and raised in New Braunfels, Texas, Amarys’s passion for cooking ignited early, baking and selling homemade goods. Her journey continued as she took on roles in her family’s restaurant, sharpening her skills and love for hospitality.
